in 1972 the IRA murdered Sydney Agnew, 40. Married father of 3. Bus driver due to be witness in trial of man accused of hijacking. Murderers asked son (6) if father was a bus driver & shot him when he came to door. Led to introduction of Diplock (non-jury) trials
