Left our city a big mess. We've dealt wth landslides and strong winds but we've never experienced flooding here in the Highlands. I guess it's time for our city to include Flood Resiliency in their Programs so we can prepare next time a typhoon this strong hits us again.

Just realized one of the reasons typhoons like / don’t get frequent Saffir-Simpson Scale (Cat 1-5) updates is that no country out here flies ‘hurricane hunter’ aircraft into storms to collect data. I assumed the HK Gov Flying Service did this with.
