another fraud bank. Charging Customer without even intimating them. I was charged for debit card charges without any intimation. Complaint no CS0120218072883. Ever time the Cust. Care ex. promises that issue will be resolved in 24hrs. Awaiting from 2wks.

Is it true that members of The Scheme do NOT have to pay it anything extra above their turnover fee unless you adjudicate a case against them in which case the extra fee is just £44 + VAT per case?

THESE CLOWNS LIE THROUGH THEIR TEETH. Swindle Customers Who Aren't Paying Attention. They use the term Loosely. As no objective outside ombudsman will weigh your case it's all internal people.

There's an All-Party Parliamentary Group, chaired by , looking into schemes in general. Hopefully it will come to the conclusion The Furniture Ombudsman is failing to safeguard consumers interests & recommend a much better alternative

It would appear have a policy of ignoring customer complaints in the hope you get bored and go away. Not going to happen i expect the Chinese government have a similar policy to NatWest for complaints

USELESS! I am now with nbn for 2 weeks while your 'flexible' team investigate an issue of a cancelled order that wasnt cancelled. I cannot reconnect with because you wont disconnect my phone line. Do as you are TOLD by the paying consumer.

I agree, trying to get refund of my money after leaving has been a nightmare. Complaints made and all recorded as separate complaints so they can hide the fact the customer service is disgraceful. Time to use the
