One of the best things about is reminding myself who we are at the core. I absolutely adore what occupational therapy is and sometimes I forget and get caught up in the challenges of work but honestly, I LOVE being an OT 💚💚

A lovely afternoon promoting Occupational Therapy in my local library & spending some time in the Day Opportunities centre with some incredible people enjoying some of their meaningful occupations - I particularly loved a bit of a rock sing-a-long!! 🎤🤣💚

What an end to . Spent the day with the Welsh Ambulance Service. Fantastic learning experience and great to see the start of the healthcare picture for so many. Hopeful this will lead to some more collaborative work.
