This is what cuts are about. Not student resiliency, not even fiscal responsibility. Privatization.

I went through some of his tweets. He is a very misinformed, ignorant, know-nothing-know-it-all. Unfortunately, trolls like him will get worse as we enter negotiations this Fall.

Local bargaining is first thing Ford wants gone. Prez says "They’re leaving no meaningful role for those local governance structures, and [they are] centralizing everything.” Feeling the love yet?

Toronto Catholic DSB trustees just passed a motion charging teachers $10 day for parking. That’s essentially a $1,900/yr cut in pay for teachers who currently supplement meagre classroom budgets out of their own pockets. Unbelievable.

It’s ‘their’, not ‘there’! Almost every teacher that responds to me to tell me I’m wrong and how great they are at THEIR job has a tweet full of spelling errors and incorrect basic grammar. The ‘there, their, they’re’ confusion is in full swing among our educators.

So the TCDSB is going to charge teachers $10 per day to park! What's next? Pay toilets? Extra for toilet paper? This $1900 pay cut is some thanks for everything teachers do to support quality learning in TCDSB schools!
