Spicy Mushroom Paitan . Recipe via Nichijou (cashew milk part). Burnt garlic oil, fire oil, shoulder chashu, marinated eggs, scallion, togarashi. Super good!

Frist time , completely from scratch. It is a tonkotsu broth with shoyu tare and the chashu is cooked for 24 for hours in sous vide.
