I’ve had to give up. Almost 2 hours on hold ??? Disgusting service. Clearly is not committed to their customers, particularly those who are victims of fraud. Quite shocking

How long does a customer have to wait on hold to speak to an advisor in your fraud team? 1 hour & 37 minutes seems like a long time...

perhaps your Fraud team should use Twitter? - seems like a far more responsive medium of communication. PS I’m still on hold (15 mins).

Your bank is so unfriendly. I gave the whole information providing that I am the legitimate owner of the account and there was no issue and they bluntly told me they cannot help me knowing fully well that I am abroad . Very poor way to treat your customers. you failed me

Travel Insurance -apparently if you have a member of family diagnosed with cancer in the 12 months before you book a holiday. Your not covered! How can you predict they won’t survive or the date you lose a family member?

Absolute nonsense. customer service is appalling. Stats are made to make this tax payer funded bank better. It could not be further from the truth. Just 40 mins ago we tried this out and 25 mins later a response. Bank with at your peril.

- happy to take tax payer funding and would not exist without it. Yet any individual or business in the unfortunate position of dealing with this very unhelpful and to many extent selfish bank - you will have trouble down the line. Bank with at your peril

Nope! Unable. So the big puzzle is what is the trouble? My test for is try to download a year, then try the next year as a follow on or simply use the offered link for ‘next period from last download’ or words to that effect. If you can do two consecutive, let me know.

Heartbreaking story and unfortunately a resolution was only achievable after the bank was exposed to the viewing public. So it was the negative publicity which achieved the outcome rather than a willingness on the part of to resolve matters.
