Up and barely moving because I have NO HEAT! As you can see regulations (on left) says that I should have heat because it’s below 55 degrees (on right shows temperature). at it once again - you see this I hope.

it could be worse : Claremont Houses in the Bronx where rats run wild and renters are riled. A baby boy was bitten in his crib. Rats in pots and pans and drowned rats in toilets. apologizes & sends exterminators.

This happens EVERY YEAR with and it SUCKS! When you’re disabled with mobility issues (which I AM) the cold makes moving even harder. I need to eat but can hold a fork right because my hands are cold from no heat

houses without hot water for over 27 hours. Entered 3 tickets and they are being closed without repairs. Supervisor Adams from repair line won't pickup or callback.
