I am posting this to force myself to do it. My goal is to lose a minimum of 35ish lbs in roughly 3 months. Seems very reasonable. If I do it that will get me to a lose of 150 lbs in 1 year. I will wait to weigh myself then. Should be fun.

Cabbage would have been the perfect accompaniment to my beef Stroganoff in lieu Ferrigno of noodles. I just opted for more beef.

My impromptu fridge cleaning beef Stroganoff with unrolled rouladen beef, meatballs, mushrooms, onions and such. And a shit ton of sour cream.

The craziest thing: just as I announced my intentions to the missus, her friend comes over and drops off six rib steaks, a dozen chicken breasts and eleven pounds of ground beef saying thanks for all the times we've had her over for dinner. God truly looks after his own.

Hey , any thoughts on cricket products? Flour, etc. Weird one, but just curious what you think, man. You're the best, bro!

This is how you close out a . With a processed ham & Cheez-Whiz sandwich with ballpark mustard. On spongy white bread. Goodbye my poison filled youth and hello to my new life.

Asparagus with Prosciutto crumbles is so yummy yet low carb, the plate will be clean and the blood sugar will remain stable!
