I’m pleased that today we have agreed a new pay deal to reward our hard-working, dedicated Wales staff. It gives them parity with their counterparts in England, and goes beyond it in some areas.

Brexit is a Far Right coup with its totalitarianism and neo-feudalism waiting in the wings. Loss of , workers' rights, minimum wage, jobs, loss of independence as we become a begging, weaker partner to US, EU and anyone who'll trade with us. Rich will get richer, us poorer.

‘Bware da baby trap’ ? Absolutely horrible ad, the wording, the pathetic attempt at being ‘cool’ with the spelling, but more seriously the implication that ‘women and girls get pregnant purposely to trap men and boys’, very short sighted advert for safe sex

Been saying this for a year: It's the or -we cannot have both. The NHS is this country's premium asset. There is nothing equal to it. Anyone who thinks that the NHS can exist as is in post ..is seriously deluded.

The #1 failure I see in my current patient experience is discontinuity of care. Docs can't make handoffs of happen easily, including referrals and key tests - creating long delays in process. Terrible IT interop exacerbates. I have met many frustrated docs by now.
