Dear after 6 months of red tape I finally have a plan 4 my daughter. Submitted invoices -not paid. Ring NDIS. Told they cannot talk to me b/c they can't ID me??? Won't pay - I lose the carer it took 6 months to find. What we are facing on a daily basis!!!!
