There are 9 House Congressional Districts that border Mexico (CA-51, AZ-02, AZ-03, NM-02, TX-15, TX-16, TX-23, TX-28 and TX-34). In the Midterms last month, Democrats won 8 of the 9. 2 of the 9 seats flipped from red to blue.
