Make mental health classes compulsory for kids. Teach them that it’s okay to not feel ok. Teach them how to make sense of what’s going on in their brains. And teach them about the steps they can take to seek help.

One of the hardest things about living with mental illness for me, is pretending I don't. Be that one person in your day that allows others to be vulnerable around you. Show compassion. Just because you can't see it, doesn't mean you can't help.

Big, burly, mean looking tattooed man just dropped off my mower. “Sorry I didn’t drop it off last week mate, I was feeling a bit bleak and I just needed to turn the phone off and look after myself.” I have a new hero. Never judge a book by its cover.

A certain streamer decided to tell my friend that she thought he was faking his depression & unmodded him in her stream due to this. Absolutely disgusting, try having some empathy you cold hearted bitch!

Sometimes I walk the 3 miles to the station - it means an early start but I can’t complain about it this morning... misty fields and glorious sunshine! And after a long day at work yesterday it was the perfect way to start the day feeling energised
