I urge everybody to watch on right now.The honesty is great and my respect and appreciation for Prince William has just got even bigger. Plus he uses the quote I always say ‘We all have Mental Health and it’s key we normalise it’

On Thursday I will be 1 month without alcohol. I have gained 7lb in muscle weight and gym/swim 3 times per week. I am starting to see the difference in the mirror and feel healthy and alive. Still have the odd dark day but just the odd one.

At the end of , I reflect on my own mental health difficulties. In the last six months I've got from rock bottom to now feeling amazing about myself and far more motivated. Other people believing in me has played a major part in that. Thank you xxx

Women and girls suffer in silence because society has made it a taboo to talk about menstruation and sexual health. Yes we are allowed to talk about it but only in whispers. It's time we take pride in our menstrual health.

I’m so tired of fighting my illness, I’m so tired of explaining my illness, I’m so tired of hearing ‘it could be worse’, I’m so tired of doctors shaming me, I’m so tired of friends abandoning me. I am just so fucking tired.

On this last day of will we see an apology from Steve McNamara, general secretary of the for his throwaway use of the term “loonies” in an email to a TfL official. Steve this is the 21st century and that type of language is absolutely abhorrent.

You deserve to live, You deserve to love. And You deserve to do everything you wish to. But all for yourself. Don't push yourself too hard for not running like everyone else because when you slow down, the world slows down with you.

As we come to end of I hope people realise it’s ok to not always be ok. There are mental health complications in my family and although I don’t think I suffer regularly, I know there is occasional darkness within. And that darkness is v hard to discuss.

The tweets I’m seeing daily about toxic work environments is worrying. We are literally “on call” 24/7 & are being managed by horrible human beings.People can’t quit because they need the jobs & entrepreneurship is not for everyone esp. in this economy.

Going to record another YouTube video for my channel this weekend to send out - what would you like to hear me talk about? I’m 3 months self-harm clean, 53 days sober and about to start DBT for Borderline Personality Disorder. Ask me anything xo

Fitting that the end of sees the anniversary of the sad death of Ian Curtis. When I’m in “that place” his words and the music of Joy Division help me through it. Young men are still dying at a terrifying rate so please reach out & also listen
