5 years ago, I lost one of my very close friends to suicide. As of May, I am 4 years clean from self-harm. It’s okay to ask for help. It’s okay to not be okay. You are so so loved.

I nurture my mental health by practising yoga & writing songs. Growing up gay in N.Ireland in the 90’s was hard. It wasn’t until my 30’s that I realised the effect it had on my mental health. Look after yourself. Namaste. πŸ™πŸΌ
