Why I think is frustrating as someone dealing with multiple diagnosis myself. We talk a big game then carry on the same. As a society we fail those suffering in silence & in crisis. We need to do better, to talk more openly and be there for one another.

Ironically, I missed because I've been limiting social media for my mental health. I'd like to do my part to normalize getting help: I'm in weekly therapy and I'm going back on antidepressants after four years off them. There's no shame in either.
