For week 27, I tried a black background for the first time. I feel it brings the topic to the foreground. Let's normalize talking about our mental health. Viz: Feedback is appreciated.

A couple of comments on this week's : - just because data is about women/men doesn't mean it has to be pink and blue - it's always a good idea to spell-check your vizzes😉 - please be mindful and careful with topics like mental illness and choose your words wisely

Considering the comments on this week’s dataset and community feedback I decided to add changes to my viz: 1) the title now makes clear that the results were self-reported in a survey 2) the colour (blue) is not as stereotypical as before (pink) Thank you!

I chose to makeover 2019 Week 26 - Alcohol consumption by country. The data originally only had a bar graph of how much each country consumed by liter but I added in a map that shows the how much the top countries are drinking and a list of the top 5.

I struggled a lot this week to find a story to tell, and I think where I ended up is in the 'interesting experiment...' camp 😅 Thanks to for encouraging me to at least submit something!
