And my message to JUUL, if they’re listening today, is: you can hire your attorneys, you will have your day in court, but we will bring the righteous justice of the state of Minnesota down on JUUL.

As a mom and as Lt. Governor, I think about a future where my daughter and kids in our community will be targeted by JUUL's deceptive marketing practices if we don't act now. I was proud to stand with and today as they announced .

The harmless-looking devices kids use to vape today are just Big Tobacco products packaged in a new way. Thx to & for holding these companies accountable to ensure we don't reverse decades of progress in youth tobacco use.

Clearing this up because at least two people I spoke to yesterday were completely confused (to be fair they don’t work in tobacco control or have teens) ... Minnesota is suing not 😂

I’m proud of & for taking on JUUL. I work in the schools w/ kids as a Probation Officer. It’s unbelievable how many kids are using them. The sad part is they have no idea how much of a negative impact they can have. Keep fighting for our kids!
