Q- What is your advice for to get your ideas out there when they begin in level positions? A- internships can be a great opportunity, emphasize what you have done to back up your ideas. Position yourself as someone to be taken seriously in the field.

Time for audience Q&A- If we are encouraging risk taking by museums how do we avoid backlash and it blowing up in your face? I.e. twitter blowing up. ANSWER do your research! And have plan A, B, C..... etc.
