Being active has always been key 2 supporting my own mental health. Running, a walk (with the dogs these days) or working out ; it's not about how fast, how far, how much, it's about what works 4 you. I always aim 2 fit in 30 mins with these 2 at least twice a week.

We just had a patient in clinic who met the wonderful at the Healthy Mind Event last week. Following the event, she has already had her first therapy session with them and could not recommend them enough! So pleased to see how the event has helped patients!
