I quit my job today - it was destroying my mind and making me extremely unwell. I have a kid on the way in 7 weeks and there are bills to pay but there is never a bad time to save your own life! Never feel obliged to stay in a job because society says you should!

Anxiety affects many to an incapacitating degree. When I used to speak to others about my anxiety, they didn't understand how severe it was. "Everyone has anxiety" my one friend would say. Anxiety can be absurdly torturous.
