I’m not ashamed to say I suffer. I’m not ashamed to say I’m mentally ill. I’m not ashamed to say I deal with dark thoughts sometimes I’m not ashamed to say I need help sometimes & I’m certainly not ashamed to talk about it Let’s stop the stigma behind 💚

My abusers called me a freak. My narc beat me and said I was pathetic. My friends called me a liar. My brother called me a virus. Why? Because I was different! Yes, I was different....I was mentally ill. I still am but, my god, I'm better than any of them 💪
