my latest () news: first week with 0.5 mg at ~23:30 went well. 3 nights sleep only after 03:00. i normally sleep ~01:30. the days: less sore throat (don't know whether is it bc of ldn?), three days of allergy probs bc of tons of pollen -> no energy.

Also seems like the LDN might finally be working - overall inflammation level and response seems to be reduced, very noticeably according to my deep tissue specialist! πŸ˜… Possibly combined with another meds change that might also be helping
