The Kitchen currently resembles a scene from a Quentin Tarantino movie. Thankfully the blood is Pomegranate, and charred skin Aubergine in the making of Baba Ganoush with buckets of herbs and lemon - perfect to join Spatchcock chicken currently cooking on the BBQ
