Bumped into some young lads enjoying the heat on my bike ride this afternoon so thought I’d join them...

Raynesway. We use unmarked cars to monitor how drivers behave. This sort of driving causes fatal collisions. 79 Mph in a 50 Mph limit undertaking fellow motorists & cutting in to gain seconds at the next junction. Unacceptable. Reported for careless driving.

A38. Gave the unmarked a fly past then reached 105 Mph. If there was an unexpected problem in lane 1 or 2 the momentum of this car is a very real problem. One 'It won't happen to me' driver right here.

During this cold weather be sure to check on family, friends & neighbours, particularly those that are vulnerable. It’s the little things that make all the difference so make that phone call or knock at the door

If you notice a colleague/mate is withdrawn or quieter than normal. Ask if they are ok, you never know, that one little act of kindness might be all they need to open up & seek help with something that’s causing them anguish.

If you are heading out tonight please be responsible & Last night instead of pro-active patrols we were clearing up the mess of collisions caused by unfit drivers. The highest reading was 145ųg in this collision.
