Forgot to mention that I was warming up at GFA start, looked left & saw on a warm up run. I swear his feet don't touch the floor. Amazing to feel like I kinda ran with him (ignoring the fence & 20ft gap)

All the aches and pains today are definitely worth it! Really pleased to have completed my first and one of worlds most iconic marathons. Incredible atmosphere throughout! ๐Ÿƒ๐Ÿฝโ€โ™‚๏ธ

The was an experience. Finished in a lot of pain, big shout out to the medical support at the end. With all the crowds, think I am even more deaf now !

Enjoyed the Newport Marathon today. Great weather and a really lovely course. The legs felt very heavy after last weekend and the . Still (kind of) smiling at 20 miles though

For months of training, I ran the ๐Ÿƒ๐Ÿผโ€โ™€๏ธ Fantastic organization, lots of encouragement from the crowd The where just great!!! ๐Ÿ™ŒThe last 6 km were difficult, but I made it. I enjoyed it so much ๐Ÿ˜„๐Ÿ‡ฌ๐Ÿ‡ง๐Ÿ‡น๐Ÿ‡ฉ

The best things about this picture as Iโ€™m about to cross the finish line are those that are unseen. Itโ€™s a little too blurred to make out the queen cheering me on from a palace window, and Mo Farah is crossing the finish line JUST in front of me.

My sister in law Kim acted as guide for my cousin who has cerebral palsy in the , Kim is a seasoned marathon runner & the pace was slow for her but a PB for Helen, Kim said โ€œit gave me more pleasure than anything I could have done for myself โ€œ
