Coolest thing about is the assignment feature! I love how independent the Ss are w/ these challenges. Students explored an ocean habitat & then drew a layer of it. They also reviewed capital & lowercase letters & wrote about their learning.

Today visiting artist and University of Missouri professor, Nick Potter came to talk with 3rd grade about creating comics. Students integrated their art with the current health sciences unit on germs! I cannot wait to see how these turn out!

Today we made different seed models that travel by the wind. Students chose their favorite seed (rotocopter was the overall winner) & then wrote a story about that seed's life.
