What are you making of the new comment options? Waste of time or meaningful engagement? Instead of just "liking" things, we can now choose symbols for: Like Celebrate Love Insightful Curious Hmmh. All a bit trivial, really. I still prefer when people comment.

If you're worried your employer will notice your newly updated profile update, don't. → Many who aren't looking have updated profiles for networking. → You can easily turn off update notifications. → A well-written profile is a great PR tool for your employer.
