The govt overreach in the name of “safety” has to STOP! It’s gone on long enough, elderly NEED to see their families, kids NEED to play with their friends, people NEED to socialize & attend events & hs/college athletes NEED to play their sport. Enough is enough

Here’s the future of the sport apologizing for hitting a grand slam. A home run that would be posted on every MLB social media account and marketed heavily. On top of that Tatis’ own manager didn’t back him up. Ludicrous.

Playgrounds & family friendly outdoor activities are critical right now. That’s why 23 bi-partisan members of the Legislature joined me in asking the Governor (again) for clearer statewide guidance on how and when public park amenities can reopen for families.

Tonight was one of the better nights I’ve had in my almost 31 years. Seeing a community come together, kids being kids, and coaches coaching the game they love. This game does more for us than we will ever know.

As a bunch of people have said... Put Pache in center, bring Tucker up, put Weigel in the pen. These guys are too good to trade? Then fill in the holes on this team with them.

Stop the nonsense of the unwritten rules in baseball that have a historically racist background. Let the players enjoy the game with passion, embrace great talent and personality on and off the field.

The last time I wished I lived in another province was in 2003 when the NDP won the election. I never thought I’d feel the same way again with the SK Party in majority. I’m all for protocols & restriction, but we need to , and at least give a return to games date.

Not just for players but volunteers & parents also. Let the kids play , let the coaches coach . Give parents something to look forward to. We know what we are doing. Trust us and our processes and trust our brilliant volunteers.

This sounds like something Madison Bumgarner would say. We need to be more evolved as Dodgers fans than this take.

OPINION: If they can play football in Tennessee, where the cases of COVID are still high, there’s no reason they can’t play in VT and NY. Make the kids wear masks, follow all the protocols. But with low infection rates here, I think the states could pull it off.
