A5. Tools. We have no wifi. Many of our boardrooms don’t even have polycoms. Many departments are barely equipped to communicate digitally with staff- yet we’re supposed to somehow excel at communicating digitally with Canadians.

A6. Sr leaders and managers could show appreciation for employees who try to break down silos and build communities. I created an informal (didn't get formal approval) group on GCCollab for nation-wide environment staff at DND to try to build a sense of community.

A2 Basic dig literacy is needed for all public servants. A good place to start is Canada’s Digital Standards & how they apply - e.g understanding your users; applying data to decision-making; iterating and improving frequently, building in accessibility from the start.
