When I was there, volunteers were rebuilding/fixing the main square. One Yazidi man was singing. Very nice. Watch how the sun starts to shine while he sings.

An emotional experience yesterday, visiting , during last day of the Yazidi Jamayi “the pilgrimage”, a sacred time as make the pilgrimage to Lalish to unite as one. This was their first celebration of the holiday post the ISIS attack and the Genocide of Yazidis.
