At bedtime my blood glucose was 4.8mmol. By 6.30am it was 7.0mmol. Government nutrition advice thinks it is “most important” that I now eat a breakfast based on starchy carbohydrates. 😩

Just tied my 8y olds skates from a crouched position in front of him. First time ever. I’ve always had to sit beside him on the bench till now as I was too heavy and too out of shape. Better shape now at 46 than I was at 30!
