continues to be ridiculous with their answers. Today they are using templates instead of rude, unhelpful customer service agents by phone. Given all the hours spent yesterday battling to have them rectify the situation, no compensation was offered.

Disappointing experience with one of the best airlines . They miss one of my 2 luggages in a very easy connection.....usual business. Not usual business: their system to report, locate the missed luggage has not been working for more than 20 hours! Not phone answers either.

Contrary to information that was given by there is no point in reaching out to the lost and found of the aiport as the Ipad was forgotten in the plane. I am only trying through different channels as I am not getting any response by other channels.

Thanks for your template response! You had a person on a plane that you were not aware of. The boarding pass was not scanned properly which was a total breach of security for all passengers and crew.

The fact that reissued the return flight yesterday instead on continuing to insist she pays 124 EUR for the return means that they know they messed up.The question still stands. what about the future? Also your customer service by phone and email was awful.
