Awesome. In Paris today, folks are enjoying the official, city-wide Car-Free Day. Mayor Anne Hidalgo (my hero) is reducing vehicle emissions & improve air quality. Baltimore, we could do this.

Apparently there were no cars at all allowed in Paris yesterday. Scotland's rinkydink efforts put in the shade yet again. ✊🌍🇫🇷

No fair. Parisians having more fun. Breathing cleaner air. Connecting with each other. And increasing economic activity. (Ample data shows in cities non-drivers often spend more in local businesses.)

I was in a year ago on . It was incredible, I loved it. I noticed a much greater proportion of white people on the Metro that day than normal. It's very sad to say so, but in Brussels there is a car-ownership divide on ethnic lines.

So easy to see how fewer 🚗 🚙 on our roads improve our quality of life. Change your habits and 🚲 , walk or use public transport also when it is not !

If they really cared about pollution, they would allow 100% electric cars, whereas they allow taxis and Uber that drive gas cars! This event is made to stigmatize suburbans in general and electrified Parisians as well. So sad!
