told voters the teachers union wasn't behind the Recall. They lied. Last fall they told voters that schools would get 10% of 5B bond issue proceeds. Apparently, that was also a lie. At least they're consistent.

2/ So charters supported 5B. But it turns out that on Oct 4th, the board's CONSENT AGENDA had another motion that will sharply reduce the bond proceeds going to charters. And nobody ever told the charters.

We need to seriously think about our children's Mental health in the county because student's committing suicide is becoming a lot more common, unfortunately! We need to help the students who are in our schools!

Throughout the prop 5B campaign, voters were told charter schools would get 10% of the bond proceeds. Surprise! They're not. Just like , Jason and his board are once again sticking it to charter school kids, parents, and supporters.

3/ In schools, Supe Jason Glass (future SecEd front runner!) stuck it to charters twice(!), not giving them equal treatment in online enrollment system and walking back his promise to give them 10% of bond proceeds!

Any guesses about the percent of affluent, educated parents who choice their kids into schools that are 50% or more FRL? Talk is cheap, isn't it? Oh, and where do future US Sec of Ed Jason's kids go?

A little pre-Valentines Day activity. Students had a piece of paper on their desk with their name on it. We all went around and wrote 1 thing we love about each classmate! Great community building activity! One kid said reading everyone’s paper made him feel happy!

Hey, could JCEA stage a strike soon in ? But maybe when the weather is warmer. It would fit with Jason's ' goal of helping students "embrace the full range of the human experience"! And who cares if they can't read and do math?
