Nice long lasting strength training study! Some comments: Training program of each group was kept the same including the same exercises for 24 wks, no variation, no measurements during the intervention, hypertophy measured by muscle thickness by ultrasound.

Nice review! Low-volume strength–power ‘resistance priming’ may enhance neuromuscular performance for 48h, “Delayed Potentiation”. Loads 30-95%1RM may elicit DP, high-load (≥ 85%) traditional or low-load (30-40%) ballistic exercises may be most effective.
