It’s okay to have a bad day/week, it’s when they bad days turn into weeks and they weeks turn in to months that’s when it is really tough😴

Well that email wasn’t the answer I wanted but not really a surprise, 22 years service, damage to my and loved ones health, genuinely risked it all at times and my employer refuses to extend my sickness pay. Fuck them. my arse.

Sitting on the decking by a fire the night before I fly home for my dads funeral. I count myself incredibly lucky to be able to say to friends and family that sometimes it sucks and its not OK. Please guys if you're ever down just say . It's made grieving easier

Wishing you all a good Tuesday, as you walk through this day, try to notice the things that make you smile - however small- then recall them at the end of the day.

Twitter is such an amazing platform. There is far to much stigma around mental health. It's not spoken about enough so therefore it is not at the forefront where it should be.

Today we should have been having a 50th Birthday pint with one of our Sunday drinking mates Sadly Mark isn't here with us tonight. It's hard to understand how someone seems happy at 8pm on a Friday & by Saturday morning they have gone. PLEASE TALK
