This morning USVI announced the condemning of section B of Charlotte Amalie school in St. Thomas meaning the loss of 30 classrooms. School is still set to start on the 27th. Over 10 schools have been delayed opening since the beginning of the school year.

A few thoughts as hurricane season continues... It’s been one year since Hurricanes and devastated the USVI and Puerto Rico. Since that time, our fellow Americans in the region have been almost completely ignored by Donald Trump.

I hate to sound like a snowflake, but it triggers me. 4 hurricanes hit us in β€˜04 ( - no power for 10 days with 2 little kids 😱) brushed us in β€˜16 scored a direct hit in β€˜17, then days later St. Johns River flooded from water piling up Situational PTSD?
