Sounds right. I'm hanging upside down in a tree, watching algae grow in my fur. These leaves are really good.

The sloth spends most of its time hanging upside down by its 4in long, claws. It sleeps, eats, mates & gives birth in this position. While most mammals’ hair grows from its back ➡ belly, sloth’s fur grows from its belly ➡ back, so rain runs right off!

It's ! DYK the health of sloth populations is wholly dependent on the health of tropical rain forests. With so many tropical rain forests at risk of deforestation, sloths are losing their shelter and food source.

Did you know a sloth can take up to 30 days to digest this 1 leaf! A key step towards a sustainable future is to eat a more plant-based diet, so 'lettuce' 🥬 take a 'leaf' 🍃 of out a sloth's book and eat more greens!

Pygmy sloths like this one are critically endangered. On this , we must remember that the health of sloth populations is wholly dependent on the health of tropical rain forests. To save them, we MUST put an end to rainforest destruction.
