Today on our own chef in Nassau, Elyssa, worked alongside future chef Destiny from Abaco who’s been volunteering with WCK since Dorian hit. Her first time blanching, Destiny prepared a stuffed cabbage boat 🥬 with meat & vegetables! 😋
