Starting intermittent fasting today again. Going for 20-4 this time since I can easily do 16-8 and already feel the benefits. Gotta be ready for family Christmas as we're doing "American style" for this year's theme!

Completing a 24 hr ⏱ fast today, will break it with a dinner out w/ friends. I love the flexibility that IF allows me. I’ll fast all day and feel free to indulge a bit tonight while eating out! 🙌

W16D6 Supper was a curry feast. Vegetable biryani for me, chicken curry for others. Served with homemade bahjees, samosas, naan, poppadoms and salad.

W16D7 Supper was late due to tree lighting ceremony on my estate. I had cheese and crackers, with salad, pickles and coleslaw.

My goals for 2021: ▪️ Get up every day before 6am ▪️ Implement (14/10 or 16/8) I am already experimenting with both. As far as , I am not eating after 6pm & I don't have bfast b4 8am (14-hour fast): feels great so far!

My dinner (my first food intake for 20 hours) this evening was ground beef, eggs and leeks.. I realise this is quite unsustainable... 😇

So glad my hubby and I no longer take statins. No more heart pills, just health supplements, regular exercise, practise intermittent fasting and plenty of sleep.

Breaking the fast. Ran it up to 16 hours today. I always do 12 on and 12 off but I hit 14 hours most days. Here is my version of kegs and eggs.
