As a last tribute to , I got to "sunshine" inbox zero one more time... Bye bye Inbox, I'll miss you dearly — Gmail in its current shape is but a second-rate replacement to your Zen approach to email.

How I open Gmail since Inbox was shut down 1. Open Inbox as per usual 2. Tap "Open Gmail" Still in denial. I hope they are tracking analytics on these taps

My fav feature was my email not being a hot damn mess, but instead being organized, with previews and summaries. I have 2 packages in transit and 3 upcoming trips and those all had little preview windows with relevant info. Now I have ... This 🤮

OK Google reactivate Inbox. Seriously, moving back to Gmail is *not* user-friendly. The workflow changes are a headache. I believe you folks worked hard to improve it, but it's not a worthy comparison yet.

Noooo! Goodbye - it was a fun ride, you will be surely missed! I am seriously considering moving my stuff away from now, as almost all of the useful next gen email features I was using for personal stuff got canned.

Why will go away? Because it works, it lets you focus on what's important and it hides what makes you waste time, AKA ads, commercial messages. 's $100bn revenues come from ads. So bye bye.

RIP . You gave me the best email years of my life. I'll miss your white space. Your minimal amount of icons. Your beautiful bundling. You were not appreciated enough by those who cared for you.

I was never upset by losing a app like I am by losing . I’m sorry but gmail app is not even close to , was simpler, cleaner and just way superior. I can’t believe I am using outlook app as so far is the first half decent one. 🤦‍♀️
