Was hoping for more detailed content on ITIL 4 - even a view of the framework. Nice to see the cert scheme is done but where’s the real content - do I really have to wait until 2019?

Fair point and the fine balance lies somewhere between the canonical positions of Nazis and evangelists. A necessary but not sufficient condition is the automation of low value but hygiene tasks.
