It would be great to link the NASA disestablished with those from the International Ocean Discovery () scientific ocean drilling program. This has paleoclimate data to link with modern climate data to better understand human impact.

They should ask and about navigation with ice floes. First decade will be nightmare for infrastructure. says that the melting of Arctic and Greenland is violent in Geological Past, no reason to think we should get a pass.

Just got back from planning the next 10 years of scientific ocean drilling with our partners in Australia & New Zealand. So much planetary science to be done here on Earth! The US decadal survey meeting is 6-7 May in Denver. One to watch!
