Shastri's emotional message after losing the Test Series : "We have been losing for 70 years under the previous coaches. How do you expect things to improve in 3 years? What do you want? To bring Greg Chappell back? There's no alternative🤣

While applauding KL Rahul & Pant, might be best in the interest of Ind cricket to not attach great importance to last Test result, even if India had won. Assessment & lessons learnt should be on the basis of what happened until the series was alive.

1-4 Certainly hurts when it could have been 3-2 What went wrong: Strategy to curb wagging tail, Illogical XI selection, Lack of application and grit by batsmen when win was in sight

Another overseas Test Series over n another Overseas defeat. Nevertheless Test cricket at its best. Indian team had its moments n won many battles but lost war. It’s always next time

148 from 30 is just not possible! If it does it would go down in history books as the greatest! Eager to see how it unfolds with the new ball

Not for the first time in Indian cricket history, team India has reserved its best for the last! What a super innings from young .. if only we could play with such freedom in the first game of the series next time (and with more match practise!)

This is the problem with fans. One knock and they are over the moon. 2-3 failures and the same player is abused. Same happened with Hardik 2 matches ago. Now Rishabh Pant.

Say what you will but india deserved to lose this series. Virat played well yes but the 1,2,5,6,7 batsmen were pathetic. Remember when we had gautam sehwag dravid Tendulkar Ganguly Laxman and had they had this pace attack mamma Mia things would have been different.

This match is quite similar to the natwest final KL rahul and Pant have. Been Yuvraj and Kaif for the team.
