Approximately 20% of children are being denied their legal right to under , a federal law. Public schools often don’t follow , & services are unprovided even in the most well funded districts. Parents/advocates/ attorneys can attest to this happening.

As an update - Boy twin had a great first day at the new school. He's in a class of 8, with a 2:1 kid to adult ratio. He was able to tell us that he played Connect Four and also read Nat's Cat (a phonics book). Hot damn what a win.
