How do the costs of replacing the A320 family by 1) A320/A321neos + A220s 2) A319/A320/A321neos compare? After Swiss, and now are rumored to prefer option 1. Introducing a new type (pilot training, MRO, etc) is cheaper than keeping the A320 family commonality?

boss Willie Walsh was fed up with ave 70 day delays in delivery of A320’s, so his solution is to order 200 Boeing 737 Max which have had two fatal crashes, are currently grounded, and over 50% of people say they’ll never get on one. Smart move. πŸ™„

Sure of course, and absolutely nothing will change. 6 planes last week and all delayed, not all AL but as I commute heavily I see the state of affairs. are ruining and the industry needs to seriously consider its customer service and training
