Family budgeting is all the more difficult during uncertain times. Iowa families who've saved for medical or child care expenses should be able to use those savings to cover their needs. My new bill w/ gives families that flexibility.

Despite on-time payments, the Department of Education wasn't acknowledging Liz's work towards qualifying for Public Service Loan Forgiveness. My office helped her navigate their system and work out the issues to ensure her service is recognized.
