Q ,Could you share any secrets to your vitality/longevity? What diet to you eat? Did your dad/mom live to a ripe old age? A.I never played golf; instead I hiked the High Sierras, went fishing, hunting. Grandpa/ma Yeager lived into their mid-90's.
