There were times when some in India commanded higher respectability than SC due to good judgments. Today's SC judgment on also reflects poorly on the Delhi HC which didn't uphold democratic spirit of the constitutional posts.

A whopping 4.9 million cases pending in , 49% of these at least 5 years old. Disturbingly the vacancy of HC judges unbelievable 37%. No recommendations for 280 posts yet by the HCs. Centeral govt not entirely to be blamed. must own up its share of blame
