As some of you may or may not know, I am into my 50s now. I don't workout like I did in my 20s or 30s but it is just a matter of being determined and disciplined. Find a routine that works for you. Also even moderate changed to your diet can be huge. 💪

One of my favorite lineups right here. Depending on your mood you can blend them a quick shake or throw them in the frying pan and make some real good pancakes. Add some PB and boom, you’re done. 🍌🥞P.S I’m still not used to taking pictures of food.
